KDL Property Group continues to make strong progress on its Regent Quarter community in Joyner with all lots in Stage 3 now registered.
Positioned alongside the tranquil One Mile Creek and a conservation area, Regent Quarter offers a relaxed and connected lifestyle close to Lake Samonsvale and a range of existing shopping, schools and employment opportunities.
The $158 million community is located on the corner of Regent and Oxford Streets in Joyner consists of 328 residential lots ranging from 352m2 to 681m2. There is also a proposed commercial hub, including a 120-place childcare centre, aiming to provide essential amenities for residents.
Stages 1, 2 and 3 of Regent Quarter are now complete and registered with Stages 4 and 5 projected for completion by late 2025.
Situated approximately 30 km north of the Brisbane CBD, Regent Quarter residents will have convenient access to both Brisbane and Sunshine Coast via the M1.
In recent good news for the project, work is now commencing on a long-awaited solution to flooding issues affecting Youngs Crossing Road.

Bridge and road upgrades will alleviate flooding and fix local traffic issues along this critical transport corridor under an $86 million construction program unveiled by the City of Moreton Bay.
City of Moreton Bay Mayor Peter Flannery said problems that had plagued the current crossing for many years would become a thing of the past when the works were completed in 2027.
“If you’ve travelled along this critical transport corridor recently, you would have noticed early preparations are well under way with portions of sewer and electrical services being relocated ahead of major construction activities,” Mayor Flannery said.
“With our project contractor now officially onboard, activities onsite will soon shift to the next phase.
“Over coming weeks, you will start to see the project site secured, site offices established, and storage areas prepared for construction equipment and materials.”
Regent Quarter is one of several KDL projects included in a new Housing Australia Future Fund Facility (HAFFF) program delivering much-needed affordable housing solutions in key Greater Brisbane corridors.
